Scholarship Program Details
Scholarship Amount: 3,000 TRY per month (for 9 months, October–June).

Who Can Apply?

• Female students studying at the undergraduate level at universities in Bingöl, Elazığ, Malatya, and Tunceli (Bingöl University, Fırat University, İnönü University, Malatya Turgut Özal University, and Munzur University).

• Students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 / 4.00 (GPA criterion is not required for first-year students).

• Students in need of socioeconomic support.

Department Restriction: Applications are accepted from all departments.

Who Cannot Apply?
Applications will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Students registered in non-undergraduate programs (open education, distance education, graduate, doctoral, etc.).

• Students with a cumulative GPA below 2.50 (except first-year students without a GPA).

• Students with a criminal record.

• Students who have received disciplinary penalties during their university education ("Short-term suspension," "School transfer," or "Expulsion from formal education").

Application and Evaluation Process
Application Dates: September 15, 2025 – October 10, 2025
Application Method: Applications must be submitted by filling out the application form available on the official website of Yasemin Açık Foundation.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Academic success: Cumulative GPA, departmental success, volunteer work.

• Socioeconomic conditions: Family income, number of siblings, accommodation conditions, current scholarships and supports.

• Motivation: Open-ended questions where the student explains how the scholarship will contribute to them.

Announcement of Results:
The scholarship recipient list will be announced on October 24, 2025, and payments will begin in November 2025.
