Awareness Training for Our Students by the Violence Prevention and Monitoring Center (ŞÖNİM)

The Violence Prevention and Monitoring Center (ŞÖNİM) conducted a training program entitled “Combating Domestic Violence and Raising Awareness” for students enrolled in our Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance.

Within the scope of the training, comprehensive information was provided on the definition, types, and causes of domestic violence, as well as intervention strategies and methods for combating violence. In addition, students’ questions regarding the topic were addressed by the trainer, allowing for an interactive exchange of ideas.

We would like to thank ŞÖNİM for this valuable training program, which contributed to increasing our students’ awareness of important social issues and strengthening their understanding of domestic violence prevention and intervention.
